The Montana Production Services cohort is a a group of long-standing stakeholders that are committed to creating a sustainable production environment in Montana.

Jeri Rafter

Owner and founder of Montana Production Services, Jeri is a Montana based Producer, UPM and 1st AD dedicated to telling stories about the people and places she calls home. She most recently produced BUTCHER’S CROSSING starring Nicolas Cage, Fred Hechinger and Jeremy Bobb. Other notable works include SOOYII a film told entirely in the Blackfoot and Shoshone languages and WE BURN LIKE THIS starring Devery Jacobs. She produced the critically-acclaimed MICKEY AND THE BEAR (Annabelle Attanasio, SXSW 2019 & L’ACID CANNES). Her other production credits include TED K starring Sharlto Copley (Tony Stone), THE BALLAD OF LEFTY BROWN (Jared Moshe). Jeri is a fifth generation Montanan and was instrumental in passing Montana’s current tax incentive program the MEDIA act.

Michael Jezak

Co-owner and founder of Montana Production Services, Michael also owns and operates Rocky Mountain Grip & Electric, the most extensive and specialized equipment rental house in the state. More than just a key grip, he is a creative, solutions-forward department head that can safely rig a camera or crew member into any Montana location. His priority for every production is to work smarter so that days are made, directors are happy, and crews get home safe and sound.

Tessla Hastings

Tessla, a long-time affiliate of Montana Production Services, is a highly skilled production designer and director hailing from the picturesque state of Montana. With a deep passion for storytelling, Tessla is dedicated to bringing narratives to life through her work, whether it's meticulously crafting sets to provide the perfect backdrop for actors or shaping the overall vision of a film. Her creative vision and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to any production.
